Philadelphia: A.R. Poole, [1826]. Handcolored aquatint, 9 3/4 x 12 3/4 inches. Lightly tanned and soiled, skillful paper repairs to margins. Very good. An apparently unrecorded early view of West Point, by the important early American landscape artist, Thomas Doughty (1793-1856). Viewed from Fort Clinton to the south, this illustration.....
