Colophon: "This inscription, designed and engraved upon boxwood by Reynolds Stone, was commissioned by Philip Hofer. 300 copies were printed by Elliott Offner at the Rosemary Press." The engraving is signed in the block by Stone and dated 1950. There was an additional edition of "Two hundred proofs ... taken from an original copper [sic] engraving. All have been printed on the handpress for Philip Hofer by Elliott Offner at the Rosemary Press. MCMLXXVII" [1977].
