First edition. One of 70 copies printed. Illustrated with digitally edited photographs by Ketelhodt and Richard Meir, creatively juxtaposed with Ketelhodt's text; some portions of each are printed on semi- transparent sheets that result in the text merging with the images. A quite handsome work.
