A paper by Edgar A. Allen, superintendent of the Chilocco Indian School, at a conference of Indian workers in San Francisco on Aug. 10, 1915. As the title suggests, Allen argues for increased government support of Native American peoples, and for equality in treatment for jobs and education. Rare, with only one other copy known in the Newberry Library's Ayer Collection.
