Pamphlet issued by the Indian Rights Association discussing the controversy over the management at Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. The first census on the reservation was undertaken in 1886, and it was alleged that the agent, McGillycuddy, intentionally miscalculated the numbers in order to draw excess supplies.
