Prints correspondence between U.S. and foreign officials, mainly from Tunis, during 1801. This copy belonged to Joseph Nicholson and bears his signature. Joseph Hopper Nicholson (1770-1817) served in Congress from 1799 to 1806, completing his tenure there as one of its leading members.
