Thomas Crosby, a Methodist missionary, records his experiences among the Indian tribes of British Columbia and in Alaska, beginning in 1871. Includes several photographs of natives, Christian and heathen. "Crosby served at Nanaimo, followed William Duncan at Fort Simpson, and was at Wrangell in 1876" - Ricks.
