Contemporary plum straight grain morocco, decorated in blind, lettered in gilt, a.e.g., gilt inner dentelles. 1820 gift inscription on front free binder's endsheet, faint sunning, a couple corner creases, a bit of foxing, otherwise a pretty copy. An attractive pocket edition: the second pagination sequence belongs to HYMNS AND SPIRITUAL SONGS, IN THREE BOOKS, which although it has own full title and imprint (Printed and Sold by C. Corrall, 1817), is signed contiguously with the first work.
