One of one hundred numbered copies, specially bound, and signed by the author. This copy additionally bears Ballard's presentation inscription to a British specialist bookseller involved in a publication-day party for Ballard and the book: "...Very many thanks for everything that you & Forbidden Planet did for the book...." Two pieces of ephemera related to the event are laid in.
